In light of the recent covid-19 outbreak unfortunately shop shelves are emptying. Meaning it can potentially get harder for me to source certain ingredients such as PASTA!
When ordering bespoke meal prep I buy all ingredients on the day I cook...so, I will try my best to meet your requirments. However, if I can't I will aim to provide something similar.

Meet Damon O'Neill
My names is Damon O’Neill, I’m 22 years old and I’m an amateur boxer based in Reading. I’ve had 25 fights, boxing in many countries such as Mexico, America, Jamaica and Spain. I’m a 3 time national champion here in England and the current National Champion in Jamaica. I box because I love the everything about the sport, whether it be running/sparring/circuits or strength and conditioning - it challenges me like no other. I’ve loved the sport since I started at 15 years old. My current big goal is to get a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics! I have an upcoming olympic qualifier in Argentina which is my next big challenge!
